The graduate Certificate in eMarketing requires you to complete a total of 5 courses (3 required and 2 electives). The curriculum includes an exploration of eMarketing tools and techniques (web, email, database technologies, analytics, etc.), strategic database marketing (using databases to identify, retain, and build customer loyalty, etc.) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies and strategies. Electives cover the legal aspects of eMarketing, building awareness on the Internet, social networking, mobile marketing, as well as an introduction to project management.

How to Apply
Individuals must apply to and be offered admission to earn a certificate. A maximum of two courses that will count toward satisfying the requirements for the certificate may be taken prior to admission.
