The graduate Certificate in Health Sciences Management requires you to complete a total of 6 courses (4 required and 2 electives). Coursework focuses on the core knowledge and competencies recognized by the Healthcare Leadership Alliance of the American College of Healthcare Executives, and includes an introduction to health care management, economics and finance, and an overview of public health. Electives include human resource management, legal and ethical decision making, information systems, customer service staffing and training, and other relevant topics.

How to Apply
Individuals must apply to and be offered admission to earn a certificate. A maximum of two courses that will count toward satisfying the requirements for the certificate may be taken prior to admission.
