Master of Science in Higher Education
About the Program
Our generalist program can be completed in a little as 18months if students consider enrolling in an accelerated cohort. Our program invites students to bring life experience into the classroom, enhancing their classmates’ learning and ultimately the world. Students engage in understanding and acting on real-world social issues. Problems that affect learning in institutions of higher education and the communities that surround them. Areas of pursuit that our thesis students have been engaged in include assisting others with undergraduate educational success, such as veterans and education accessibility; adults with autism acquiring an undergraduate degree; and reaching across the globe to work with civic engagement in impoverished communities.
Graduate Students work with engaging faculty and have access to excellent resources at MBU including but not limited to advising support, library and research support, and academic writing and quantitative resource skill-building professionals and a host of engaging online opportunities for building a network with your graduate peers.
