About the Program

MBU | Bachelor’s | Online – The RN to BSN Program is a post-licensure program that will lead to a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.  A BSN provides additional skills that can improve your career potential. Mary Baldwin’s flexible online program is designed to meet the needs of working nurses. Students will receive individualized support with personal attention.

Nursing practice must be grounded in professionalism, evidence, commitment to life-long learning, and service to community and profession.  Today’s complex healthcare environment, which includes higher patient acuities and rapid technological advances, requires nurses to achieve higher levels of education in order to provide safe and effective nursing care. The RN to BSN Program at MBU is committed to providing professional education that promotes contemporary practice that is responsive to our ever-changing health care environment.

The baccalaureate degree in nursing program at Murphy Deming College of Health Sciences/Mary Baldwin University is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), 655 K Street NW, Washington, DC 20001, 202-887-6791.
