IT Requests
If you need help with any technology issues, including problems with phones or connecting to the network, or need content changed on the website, please send all requests via email to helpdesk@education.edu.
The Center maintains an Information Technology (IT) department that is available to service the technical needs of Members and Guests. The IT Department will provide fast, courteous and technically proficient service to all Members and Guests of the Center.
IT Requests
In your email, please be specific as possible about your issue, including:
- what equipment or service you need assistance with
- if it’s in a specific area of the building
- how long the problem has been occurring
- when you need it resolved by
- your contact information and location
Website Content Changes
If you need any of your information on the website changed — contact information, changes to programs, link changes, etc. — please let us know! We strive to keep the website as up-to-date as possible.
If you need to add a program to our Degrees and Programs listing, please attach a completed Program Information Form to your email.
